This extruder mounting bracket for the Tevo Black Widow will give you additional X-axis and Z-axis travel by angling the extruder motor away from the right-side Z carriage plate, moving the print head closer to the center of the X carriage, and by raising the extruder/hot end assembly by 18mm. I have provided the mounting bracket in one-piece and two-piece options. You can decide whether to print the one-piece and deal with the extra supports to remove or using an extra low profile M5 screw and M5 nut to put the two-piece together. It may also be a good idea to glue the two-piece version together to improve rigidity.
I have also provided files for mounting the X-axis end stop at the very end of the X-axis extrusion. Choose either right or left depending on where you have your sensor located.
You will need this additional hardware to mount the bracket to the X carriage plate:
2 x M5 nylon insert lock nut
2 x M5x12mm screws (M5 x 10mm might work)
In addition, for the two piece you will need these to hold the two pieces together:
